Win back: 312 members, 28 gone quiet for 30 days, 290 said yes to news, and a message to send to the ones who stopped coming

At your counter

Nothing about how you take payment changes.

  1. We post you a tap card

A small round sticker for your counter. Put it by the till, where customers can reach it while they pay.

  2. Customers tap after paying

They hold their phone to it. The visit counts, 10 points go on their card with you, and the app names your business so they know it worked.

  3. You see who came in

Every visit appears in your tap log as it happens. You know your regulars by name, how often they come, and who has stopped.

The owner view

Your business, in your pocket.

The same app your customers use, switched to your business. Real screens from the app, shown with sample data.

The tap log: today’s visits with a nickname, the time and the points, plus 10 a visit and plus 20 for a double-points visit
Every tap, as it happensWho came in and when. A double-points visit shows as +20.
Members: nicknames with visits, last visit and points, under a note that you never see a phone number or email
Your regulars, by nameVisits, points and when they last came in. Never a phone number.
The tap card

Copy-proof, so every visit is real.

A 30mm sticker with a secure chip inside. Every tap is signed by the chip and only counts once, so a photo of the card or a copied link earns nothing.

  • No till changes and no new hardware
  • Each location gets its own card
  • We replace a lost or damaged card
Offers

Three ways to give something back.

Everything you might want to run fits one of three. Pick one, fill in a short form, and it’s live.

Member price

A lower price for members. Keep it running, make it a happy hour, use it to clear stock, or save it for your best regulars.

Flat white £2.60 for members, £3.20 for everyone else

Reward

Something customers claim with points. You set the price, and the form shows you what it costs as a share of your takings.

Free flat white at 60 points

Gift

Arrives on its own: when someone joins, on a quiet day of the week, after a run of visits in a row, or over a certain spend.

A free pastry when you join

Every offer has the same controls: how many can go out a day, who sees it (everyone, a level, or people who’ve stopped coming), and whether staff approve it at the counter.

Points

The points are fixed. Your prices are yours.

Every visit earns 10 points at every business on LoveYourLocal, so customers learn one rule. What you charge in points for a reward is up to you. That’s where you decide how generous to be.

Want someone back sooner? Promise them double points on their next visit. It shows on their card so they believe it, it lapses after a few weeks, and you choose which staff can offer it.

Your first month

From sign-up to your first figures.

  1. Day one

    Set up on your phone

Your business, your first reward and your plan. About ten minutes, nothing to pay.

  2. In the post

    Your tap card arrives

Stick it by the till. Pair it in the app with one tap of your own phone.

  3. The weeks after

    Your regulars start tapping

Every visit lands in your tap log. Mention it at the till and the card does the rest.

  4. Day thirty

    We show you the month

Visits, members and rewards claimed, in one place. Then you decide whether to carry on.

With or without a till

Till connections are being added one till system at a time. Email [email protected] to ask whether yours is ready.

You get the relationship. Nobody gets the data.

You never see a customer’s phone number or email address, and neither does anyone else. People join far more readily when they aren’t asked for one, and a list you never held can’t leak. You still reach them, through the app.

Already run a loyalty scheme?

Bring the balances with you. Upload what you have, and a regular who was two stamps from a free coffee is still two stamps away.

More than one location?

Your customers’ card belongs to your business, so they earn at one counter and spend at another. Each location has its own tap card, its own staff and its own plan.

Stop any time, lose nothing

If you stop paying, your account is frozen and never deleted. Customers, visits and balances stay put. Offers pause until you’re back.

Made for your trade

See it in your own words.

What LoveYourLocal does for a corner shop is different from what it does for a barber. Pick yours.

Using a till from one of our ePOS partners? It can recognise your members too.

Try it free for a month.

Nothing to pay to start. At the end of the month we show you what it brought in, and you decide then.
