The stamp card, without the stamps.
Your regulars know their usual and you know their name. LoveYourLocal swaps the paper card that gets lost in a coat pocket for a tap on the counter, and gives you a way to fill the quiet hours.
Ten minutes on your phone. First month free. Nothing to pay to start.
- Every coffee counts, with a tap
- Rewards you price yourself
- Fill the 3pm lull
What it does for you.
Your sixth coffee, on the house
Every visit is 10 points, so a free coffee at 60 works just like a six-stamp card. Price it how you like: a free flat white, a slice of cake, a free upgrade to oat milk.
Member prices
A member price on the morning flat white or the lunch deal. Members see it in the app, and staff apply it at the till.
Going soon at the end of the day
Pastries and sandwiches that won’t keep: put them up at a member price with an end time. Your members see it in the app, and less goes in the bin.
Fill the quiet hours
Double points on the next visit, a gift on a slow afternoon, or a free pastry when someone joins. You see what it costs before you switch it on.
Notice who’s gone quiet
Win back judges each customer on their own routine, so the daily regular who hasn’t been in for a week stands out. Send them a reason to come back.
Talk to your regulars
New seasonal menu? Tell your members in the app. Messages are limited each week, so nobody mutes you.
Every visit is 10 points. You set the prices.
Customers learn one rule that works at every business on LoveYourLocal. What a reward costs in points is up to you, and the app shows you what it costs you before it goes live.
Examples. You set your own rewards.
- 8.05am
Priya taps after her flat white. 10 points: four more visits to a free one.
- 11.30am
A new customer joins with their first tap and gets the free pastry you set as a welcome gift.
- 3.15pm
It’s quiet, so you promise double points on the next visit to members who came in this morning.
- 5.30pm
Four croissants go up as Going soon. Two are collected before you lock up.
Questions from cafés
Can I keep my paper stamp cards going?
You can bring the balances over. Upload what you have, and a regular two stamps from a free coffee is still two visits away.
What if someone taps twice?
Only so many visits count each day, so a second tap straight after the first earns nothing.
Do I need a till connection?
No. Taps, points, rewards and member prices all work with just the card on the counter.
